Vitamins

Vitamin D3: 3,000 IU per day (divided)
B-Complex: 1 Pill per day
Vitamin B2: 400 Mg per day
Multi Complete: 1 per day
Vitamin B12: 2,000 mcg per day (divided)

Minerals and Supplements

Ubiquinol (CO-Q10): 400 mg per day (divided)
Gotu Kola: 2 per day
Fish Oil: 1 per day
Magnesium: 500 mg per day (divided)
Glutathione: 1 per day

Fighting Candida

Garlic: 3,000 mg per day (divided)
Prebiotic: 1 per day
Probiotic: 2 per day (divided)
Candex: 2 pills per day (divided)
